Updates to our Terms of Service:
You acknowledge and accept that periodically we may update our Terms of Service. These changes are meant to clarify what’s allowed and what’s on while using our services. Using our services after a policy change implies that you’re accepting the updated terms.
Activation and Delivery
All orders are processed and delivered within 1 business day by the time your order is placed. Should you not get your hosting details within 24h, please check your SPAM folder on the email address used to complete your order and then contact us.
We will send you a message to the email address used when placing your order to let you know that your active services are going to expire at least 2 weeks before the expiration date. Should you want to renew, you will be provided with instructions to do so. Should you not want to renew, you can ignore the email and we will automatically terminate your services the day after expiration.
Below you can find a non-exhaustive list of prohibited activities. If you’re found using our servers for any of the below activities as well as unlisted ones that might be deemed illegal, risky or dangerous, your hosting will be subject to Termination. If you have questions about a specific kind of activity that is not listed below, feel free to contact us. We will preserve your privacy as we only want to help you to understand if our services are suitable for your specific needs.
- Child Pornography
- Phishing or Fraud
- Cryptocurrency mining
- Identity Theft
- Malware distribution
- DoS and DDoS
- Traffic Exchange
- Copyright Infringement
- Excessive resource usage (e.g. Video Streaming or File Sharing services)
Every plan comes with a generous monthly bandwidth allowance but, if you should exceed this limit, you will find your services suspended until the beginning of the next month. Unused bandwidth for a given period cannot be carried over to the next period.
We try to provide you with competitive pricing compared to other ones you can find on the market. Being said this, due to market nature, pricing might change at the time of your renewal. If this is the case you will find the updated pricing in your renewal email and you’ll be free to decide if you want to renew your service at the updated price or not.
When ordering our services you’re paying for us to keep your space reserved for the time period defined in your chosen plan, as well as to ensure your identity remains protected. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis but by default no refunds are provided once payment is received.
Should you want to cancel your placed order, you can do so by contacting us whenever you feel you don’t need our services anymore. Please note that cancelling an active service does not entitle you to receive a refund for the remaining period that you didn’t use.
Your services might be terminated if you’re found using our servers for prohibited activities (immediate termination) or if you aren’t going to renew them, in which case we’ll terminate your active services the day after your expiration date.
If you would like to transfer your active services to another person, contact us. Note that transferring your services do not entitle you to a refund for the period that you don’t use and that only the remaining time period of the services will be transferred. The person that will take your place will also have to abide to these terms of service.
Disclaimer of Liability
Our services are provided “AS-IS”, without any kind of warranties. You agree that we cannot be held responsible for more than the amount paid while your services are active and that you will defend and indemnify our personnel from all kinds of liabilities and expenses which derive from any claim related to your way to use our services.
